Submissions
Abstract Submissions (Due July 15, 2025)

Alumni will be asked to submit abstracts for 12 min talks pertaining to research or employment. Some alumni will be asked to participate in panels.

Alumni and Student Information Forms (Due September 1, 2025):
These "Information Forms" serve as a brief bio for all attendees to refer to in the future as well as to break the ice. There are questions on each form. We also ask that everyone submit a photo. There are two forms for each audience. In order to upload a photo file using the form requires a google/gmail account, so we have a form for non-google users to answer the questions and they request you email your photo.
